Looking for a unique hand crafted gift? Something special for yourself? Come visit Golden Treasures, the Hollywood Senior Center Handcraft Shop located at 1820 NE 40th Avenue. At the Shop you’ll find hand crafted gifts like scarves, hats and aprons, wooden bowls and toys, clothing, household items and baby gifts can be purchased at reasonable prices. When you shop at Golden Treasures, you are supporting senior crafters and the programs and services of the Hollywood Senior Center. 75% of your purchase goes back to senior crafters and 25% of your purchase supports the Hollywood Senior Center.
Consigners Wanted: If you are a senior crafter and interested in placing some of your items in our shop on consignment, we would love to hear from you. Bring up to 15 items in between 10-3pm Monday-Friday. When one of your items sells, you receive 75% of the sale price, the other 25% supports the work of the Hollywood Senior Center, a 501c3 dedicated to serving older adults, their caregivers and the neighboring community through education, information, health and wellness, recreation, nutrition and social services.
Description:
Individuals needed to craft consignment items to be sold. Volunteers are also needed to stock shelves, decorate the shop, itemize the merchandise, and help clients with purchases.

Visit the Hollywood Senior Center Thrift Shop and encounter great buys on new and ‘gently used’ items. The store is currently filled with wonderful treasures: clothing, shoes, accessories, household items, small appliances, decorative items, linens, books and much, much more.
The proceeds from the sales at our Thrift Shop support the many programs and activities that we offer through the Hollywood Senior Center.
We appreciate your purchases and donations. Donations of new and ‘gently used’ items are accepted daily during business hours at the store. If the thrift store is closed you can also drop off your donations at the Senior Center front desk between 8:30-4:30pm.
All donations to the thrift store are tax-deductible. Be sure to visit our Thrift Store next time you are in the neighborhood!
